Description and Tasting Notes

This sparkling rose is from the ancient Campanian grape Aglianico. It’s a light salmon pink in colour with a fine sediment . A lovely full bubble and slight yeasty notes from the second in bottle fermentation. Lots of aromatic red fruit and a fine long bubble and a little tart grapefruit to finish.
