Castellari Bergaglio Gavi di Tasarolo DOCG 2020

Description and Tasting Notes

A light crisp wine, pale lemon in colour with a bouquet of citrus and floral. Delicate notes of hawthorn and lily and a slight bitter almond on the palate. The wine comes from the Tassarolo region that boarders Liguria and has been produced by the the same family since the 1800’s. Castellari Bergaglio are dedicated to the cortese grape and its native home, They grow no red grapes at all.
