Description and Tasting Notes

Piagto is grown in the western side of Liguria between Genoa and the French boarder. It is DNA related to Vermentino. When ripe it develops little freckles or Pigato.  

A cloudy golden from extended  skin contact while fermenting the bottled without filtration. The wine has bold citrus and peach aromas with  a full flavoured, crisp and lengthy  

The Koerner brothers make wines that speak of place with low intervention wine making practices and a focus on picking when the grape is optimum.
