Dolcetto or little sweet one always makes a dry wine but the grapes themselves are quite sweet and low in acidity and have been a favorite table grape of the region. It is thought to have originated in the Monferrato hills. 

The Anduma Dolcetto is a great starting point to discover the variety with a clean, unoaked version of Dolcetto with a medium body and notes of plum and violets its smooth and an easy drinking wine
